Dips are a staple menu choice and will always have your guests returning to the grazing table for more. Yoghurt With Raisins, Cucumber and Walnuts

This Persian dip looks almost too good to eat. With a unique balance between sweet, acidic and earthy flavours, this dip is a great addition to the grazing table and would complement grilled flatbread or quinoa crackers. Ingredients include: Persian cucumber, Greek yoghurt, walnuts, raisins, garlic, lemon, mint, olive oil, salt and pepper, and the secret ingredient – those stunning crushed rose petals!

White Bean and Garlic

The Cannellini bean is loved for its creamy texture and nutty taste that pairs well with other mild and earthy flavours. This recipe combines the protein-packed cannellini bean with the fresh aroma and taste of thyme and rosemary.  A great entrée that you can complement with heartier dippers like pita bread or ciabatta slices. Ingredients include: cannellini beans, thyme, rosemary, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.

Roasted Curry Cauliflower

Spice up the mild flavour of cauliflower with jalapeños and curry powder for a rich and textured dip. A great vegan option to have on the grazing table, this dip works well with a more structured and crunchy dipper like toasted tortilla strips.  Ingredients include: cauliflower, jalapeños, curry powder, olive oil, lemon, garlic, coriander, and salt and pepper.

Carrot, Walnut and Red Lentil Hummus

This nutritional dip pairs the nutty flavour of walnuts with the subtle sweetness of red lentils and carrot for a unique take on a classic favourite. Note to self: if you want to pack more veggies and legumes into your diet then try creating something that is as bright and vibrant as this!  Ingredients include: Dutch carrots, curry powder, red lentils, walnuts, coriander, olive oil, cumin, tahini, garlic, lemon, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper.

Beetroot, Parmesan and Cashew Pesto

Known for its chunky and nutty texture, pesto is a classic accompaniment to a range of dishes and can also be enjoyed on its own, smeared over a slice of Pane de Casa. This beetroot pesto is rich in colour and delicate in flavour. The saltiness of the cashews balances well with the slight sweetness of the beetroot, mirroring the fruity and nutty complexities of the parmesan. Ingredients include: beetroot, parmesan cheese, salted cashews, lemon, and garlic.
