Suzanne Harward Aviator Couture Collection

Sunday 20th March 2016
We are completely enamored by the feminine overtones of the 2016 Suzanne Harward Aviator Campaign. Influenced by the glamorous fashions donned by 1930s silver screen stars, the collection is romantic and sophisticated beyond measure.

Synonymous with the Golden Age of Hollywood Cinema and channeling the emotion of a film scene that leaves behind an enduring impact over time, the Suzanne Harward Aviator campaign is impossibly sumptuous and evocative.

Featuring expressive embellishments, embroideries, textured layers of fabric and complex couture construction techniques, the Aviator collection is reflective of the modern demeanor and individuality of every bride.

Shot on location at Lilydale airport in the Yarra Valley the campaign images feature a nostalgic Vintage Airways de Havilland DH-82 Tiger Moth flying just inches over the top of model Sarah Burns.

Artfully captured by international fashion photographer Sam Bisso and styled by fiery creative Bec Cole, the campaign images reflect the classic spirit and essence of a Hollywood actress . While British make up artist Victoria Martin executed an effortlessly dramatic look.

Suzanne Harward is a pioneer of Australian bridal fashion, designing fashion-forward couture gowns which have been handmade in Melbourne, Australia since 1975.
